We look for, record, and photograph title defects; such as, evidence of work started, encroachment issues, vehicular and pedestrian access, occupancy with tenant list, possible possession issues, possible lien issues, easement issues, utility and drainage, and anything else we can see upon inspection. Our inspectors are experienced, professional, reliable, and insured. We are ALTA members and follow their standard detail requirements.
You will receive a completed inspection report within three business days of order and we do offer next-day, same-day, and COE date inspections! Your completed report will include a two-page report detailing all the information visualized at the inspection, followed by photographs with descriptions of the property in question.
